Looking for a gang sheet longer than 240 inches, simply add the 120 inches to your cart, then add another gang sheet to your cart with the corresponding size! We limit the size to 240″ in order to provide the best experience.

File Format Requirements

• Upload your file in PNG format with a canvas width of 22″.
• A transparent background is mandatory.
• Ensure a resolution of 300 DPI for the best results.
• Our printers are designed for precision and exceptional quality, so be sure to upload high-quality, high-resolution artwork.

Heat Press Settings

1st Press:

• Apply firm pressure at 300-315°F for 10-13 seconds, ensuring the image is properly placed.
• Experiment with your heat press to achieve optimal results.
• Our films are Cold Peel films.
  • Let the transfer cool completely before removing the film.

2nd Press:

• Apply firm pressure for 5-7 seconds. Heat settings may vary based on the material of the garment.
• Firm and even pressure is crucial for proper adhesion. Avoid pressing over pockets, seams, buttons, zippers, etc.
• The above instructions are for cotton and cotton/polyester blends.
• For 100% polyester, lower the temperature to 250-275°F and reduce the press time to 7-8 seconds. Practice to find the ideal time, temperature, and pressure.
